Hello All

Just recieved the BMIHT production record trace certificate which I
ordered for my latest acquisition: a 1970 GT6+

the specification reads: LHD, North American Export
destination (dealer) reads: Standard Triumph Iberica S. A., Madrid, Spain

does this mean the car was ordered by someone in North America who
took delivery in Spain, perhaps driving it around the continent before
shipping it home ? (I've heard of American buyers taking delivery in
England, but never Spain)
 OR
was "North American Export" the specification for cars exported to Spain ?

 OR
some other plausible explanation ?
BTW car has been in Philadelphia, PA for at least the last 10 years

Other than that, no surprises on the Cert. - car has overdrive and same
engine it left the factory with, was originally Damson (boot floor only part
of car still Damson) with black interior (black seats look original)

Cheers
