>1. Where do I find the steering wheel ground? Based on my observations of

posts over the past 12-14 months, I assume that my on again off again
problem
is probably the ground. Any other places to check?
2. Where is the adjustment screw on the high horn? I took the high horn
out
his morning and noted a single screw on the "top" of the horn near the
terminals. However, it is not a Phillips head screw like the one on the
low
horn. On the "bottom" of the high horn is a hole that has a silver colored

something in it. It does not appear to be a rounded off Phillips head.

TIA.

Jan,

1. Are you still getting the relay clicks? If not then the ground could
very well be the problem. The shaft is grounded by a pair of black wires
that are attached under the plug on top of the steering rack at the left
front corner of the engine. Also check the condition of the universal
joint at that locating. If the connection is rusty it could interfere with
electrical conduction. Thirdly, There is a wire (or should be) that runs
around the rubber steering shaft coupling near the firewall. Check that
out as well.

2. You can get Brand New horns at Auto Zone (Advance Auto, Pep Boyz, etc.)
for $11 (US) so why bother adjusting the old?

Good luck.

Dave
