I hear that spitfire windscreen  frames are the same as TR4-6. If
so Moss has a replacement kit for the inside around the glass.

Has anyone been able to fabricate the plastic trim that goes
around the
windshield of a Spitifre 1500 (probable similar to GT and TR6)?
I was just
wondering if there is any source for the stiff leather-grain
material,
maybe a sheet of plastic or something.  I thought of using vinyl
trim, but
that's too flexible and I'm afraid it might come loose later.
