The flasher is not the same for the Hazzard lights and turn signals.
Hazzard flasher is on under the bonnet.  The turn signal flasher is under
the dashboard.  I think it is mounted to the steel support structure of the
dashboard.  My 74 had it mounted into a clip which I believe is between the
steering column and center dash H-support.  You will have to take a look for
your self but I believe that you will find it somewhere around there.
