SCCA dash plaque on a 1980 spit

I can't remember who was making the dash plaques before....
but there ARE two different styles.
The early ones only had the one row of year dates.

I found mine ...AND THERE ARE TWO ROWS OF YEAR DATES!
On my 1980 (bought new in April 1981) the plaque
looks like (I scanned it)

the second row below that is  74-75-76-77-78
