I also carried a 165/15 (Dunlop) in the spare compartment. Kept it at 28lbs
although it could handle 32# pressure with a little humph.... Never thought
about turning it over for storage... Thanks Ken.
This raises a question. In the manuals it suggests 24 front/32 rear. This
always seemed a bit too much of a variance to me. What pressure do you run
on?

I have 165's in both of my spare tire compartments. I keep a set of jumper
cables in the middle. Tight but it fits. Note you have to put the tire in
upside down.
