_Triumph World_ #28, October-November 1999, had a feature article on a
Rover V-8-powered TR3A. At
<http://www.vtr.org/conventions/vtr99/VTR99modifiedCars.htm> you will find
two photos of a green TR3 with a Rover V-8 stuffed in. Neat car! And I
suspect that the typical small-block American V-8s of years past can be
stuffed in as well, if one is so inclined. I saw such a car many, many
years ago in a not terribly clean TR3A, but I don't know what engine it
was (I'll guess either the Ford 289 or the Chevy 283).
