Economical Seat Refurbish?

After watching the dried out foam padding drain out of
my seat backs for the last few years, I've decided to
look into fixing 'em. I'd rather not cough up the
several hundred dollars of a complete seat re-do
kit... if anyone has any alternative suggestions, or
even experience with the kit, I'd love to hear about
it!
