TR6 valuation question

Hi,

I'm condidering buying a particular TR6 and would
appreciate some feedback if the price seems ok or not.

Car is 1973 California registered.  No rust or body
damage of any type.  Rebuilt Engine and Transmission
5000 miles ago.  Total mileage = 140,000
New suspension.  Hardtop and overdrive. New soft top. 
Original paint in good condition.
Price = $8200
