Make sure you put her on a lift and check for rust in the rockers and
diff mounts and shock towers, etc.  Check to make sure the diff mounts
are not cracked.  If the interior is in good shape, sounds like a good
price.  If it matters, get the TRF catalogs and see what is left in the
way of original parts.  It may not matter to you as long as it works, but
a lot of those parts are very hard to find now.  The more original, the
better.  (Even if later on you have to clean/repair them...)
