Randall, I was not sure whether to do the seal conversion... but used a kit from BPNW and it turned out real fine. Based on my experience, I woild recommend it. Before, rebuild my engine was pumping oil pass the rear seal because of wear and improper internal pressure from screwed up PCV valve and plugged up hoses.
