TR-6 Throw Bearing. Help!

Hello All.  At the VTR "Richmond" in the Tranny tech session. An import throw 
bearing was discussed. I believe it was from a Toyota 4X4? Can some tell me 
the year, model and part number?  And can you use the original sleeve for the 
throw bearing. It is supposed to have a longer throw? I drove home with a 
broken clutch fork pin. By the time I got home. I now need to replace the
