Same thoughts but I think this way will work a lot better than mixing the
powders before curing, even though it might be interesting to do anyway. I
will attempt both ways and report back.

Jack,

I suppose one could powder coat in black, cure and then apply a coat of
silver and before curing take an artist brush and sweep the powder to an
imperfect cover with the desired effect.  Then clear coat the whole mess.

But I'm still a novice.
