If there is only one part in the entire world and you are the only buyer for
that part, it will be very cheap, nobody else wants it, so you dictate the
price, the seller has 2 choices,  he can take 50% of something or keep it
and have "100% of Nothing", try getting your bills paid with = "100% of
Nothing" =.  "FT"
