You may be pleasantly surprised by how little work it takes to get your
TR4 back on the road.  If the engine turns, it could be as easy as
changing all the fluids, putting in a new battery and tires, and (most
likely) installing rebuild kits in all 9 hydraulic cylinders.  Carbs
might need new gaskets and diaphragms, but I'd try them first.  A
thorough lube job would also be a good idea.

I don't know of anything more specialized or step-by-step than the
Haynes.  But, if anything isn't clear, this list is the place to ask !
