I have applied epoxy primer over POR15 to the underside and
interior of my TR3A.
First apply the POR15 as normally instructed.
When the POR15 is tacky, like the glue on Post-it notes (3-4
hours) then you can apply the primer.
If you miss the tacky stage then you might never be able to
paint anything over the POR15 because of its shiny resilience.
Do not use a brush with the primer, because it will stick to
the POR.
