What I just bought is a tool called "Adjustable Lens Spanner".
I bought it originally to take apart my oil pressure gauge but it fits
the switch bezel nicely.
There is a copy of the Churchill bezel tool at:

For lens spanners search the web for "lens spanner". You will get
many hits.
