Well, I'm taking the bigger lumps of my TR3 engine over to the machine
shop today and am now seriously looking at picking up the rest of the
parts I'll need. I already have an 87mm Hepolite pistion/liner set
and have some AE cam bearings coming one of these days. I'm wondering
if anyone has any suggestions on where to pick up other parts which
may be "a cut above the norm" as far as quality goes. Things like
timing chains and sprockets, rear main seals, oil pumps, etc. Or
does everyone pretty much sell the same stuff the big three does?

Over the years I've heard good things on the list about Ted
Schumacher's place and British Frame and Engine but haven't checked
them out yet.

BTW, based on some recommendations I found on the web I decided to
send my rocker arm assembly to Rocker Arm Specialist to be rebuilt.
Had a bit of a problem contacting them though since their area
code has been changed from 916 to 530. Their current number is
530-378-1075.

Thanks,
Drew
