Keith,
Make sure the head and block are true. Take the head to a shop, they'll
check it with a straightedge. If you can, tow the car down as well, or
take them the block. Are you certain that the weep is from the head
gasket? I'm not a TR6 guy, but it may be that the manifold studs go
through the head into the water jacket, if so, you need to seal those
studs. Maybe someone else can help with this.
