Nope, they coexist peacefully.  They will not actually mix, the DOT 5
always stays separate from the DOT 3/4/5.1, but the mix is no worse than
running just the glycol-based fluif.  Of course, the glycol will
continue to attract moisture and deteriorate with time and heat, so
you'll eventually want to flush it out, but you need to do that anyway. 
LBCs tend to be self-flushing, if you don't do it first <g>

The process does seem a little faster with a mixture, but IMO that's
just because the glycol tends to settle in the slave cylinders, where it
deteriorates from the heat.  With glycol in the entire system, the
deteriorated fluif spreads throughout the system, so it takes longer to
notice the effect.
