Diff seal replacement 71-TR6

Just dropped the diff on my TR6 to replace the mounts and check for the
dreaded "cracks".  No cracks but front seal is leaking badly and the side
seals just "weeping".

Any words of widom on replacing these?  I plan to take off the back cover to
drain and clean.
