I think Pat was referring to the rod at the very front of the frame 
that's used for the apron stays - that ought to be OK, though you 
might want to consider wrapping chains around the main frame members 
instead.  A bit beefier.  Another option, if your trailer would work 
with it, is the tire harnesses that wrap around the tires, hook under 
the trailer decking, and then ratchet down.

Easy - take off the wood deck and pour concrete!

Seriously - Dave is right.  Anchor all four corners.  I recently 
towed my Spitfire to its new home, and only secured the front wheels. 
I didn't know any better, as I had always used a 2-wheel dolly or a 
tow-bar in the past.  At any rate, the rear of the car does hop 
around quite a bit, and if a serious maneuver had been required on my 
part, I would have been quite sorry.
