Listers,

On my TR4 the lower dash bracket (the one between the dash and H bracket)
has a central section cut out for a radio. My car didn't have a radio fitted
standard. Piggot's book shows brackets with no cut-out on cars without
radios, and he states on pg 48 "Above the heater controls was a cut-out,
blanked if necessary, for fitting a standard car radio".

My question is; should my car have the cut-out style bracket, or is a solid
('blanked') bracket correct? Could cars that did not get a factory radio
still have received a cut-out bracket?

Can someone with a SPC please check to see if two separate parts are listed
for the lower dash bracket (one with cut-out and one without)?

Many thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Michael
