Thanks to all of you that have provided input on this question. I have
decided to have the local muffler shop fab a sidepipe setup to attach to the
downpipe and dump right behind the front wheel. This way I will be sure to
be solidly on one side of the 'how loud is too loud' debate. Unfortunatly I
think this will simply spark the 'how many ankle burns will your wife
tolerate before she leaves you' debate.
