Many thanks to everyone who replied to my query. The consensus was that the
sump may be warped around the bolt holes from some over spirited tightening
over the years. The sump looks a bit tired so I suspect that is it.
When I get it off, which will be soon I hope, I will try to straighten the
edges etc. Hopefully that will cure it. If it does my TR4 will have no leaks
for the first time since I bought it :)
Will let you all know how it goes...
