Mike,

I don't have any problem at all with a lister letting us know that they have
created something we might like to buy. This has been done in the past
(including club stickers, Churchill tool clones, valve cover gaskets, camber
compensators, "touring" side curtains, etc.) I've always been happy to see
the announcements, and have in fact bought quite a few of the items offered.
So announcing a product, and pointing to your website would generally be
well received -- as would mentioning it again in response to a question
posed to the list on the relevant subject. Just my opinion of course, but if
someone takes the time and effort to invent something I want to spend the
money on -- no problem from this end. Although I admit it can probably be a
fine line between the occasional announcement or reference to something and
a steady stream of emails that are viewed solely as commercials.
