Being new to owning a vintage Triumph ('58 TR3A) and newer still to this LIST
(about 2 weeks), I can say that from my perspective as a novice I'd welcome
any "announcements" here. I've been on only two weeks or so, and the advice
from you all has been invaluable. Especially since I put the TR up on stands
for a "maintenance interval" after putting 8K miles in these last 6 months
since I bought it. One day maybe I'll tell that story (sorta like ... in the
begining ... drive and pick up parts that fell off). If, of course there are
any listners. By the way, I bought this TR on ebay, sight unseen ... and I
wish I knew about this list beforehand. But then again, if I had bought a
"PERFECT" car, I'd know a heck of a lot less about it than I do now ... and
it would be no different than my Blazer, Windstar, Wrangler or '87 Jetta.

(-- what's a "touring" side curtain --), sounds interesting (even though I
did have mine reaphostered already).

Ed ('58 TR3A)
