Hello John,

Well, our good fettle remained strong as we traversed your countryside
stopping at one important spot after another - sometimes during a lost leg (I
think we passed the Triumph Momument no fewer than 3 or 4 times). Most often
I think we actually read the maps correctly (all of those "A" and "M" roads
can be confusing) and took the proper turns from the roundabouts!

Thank you again for your generous time at the Heritage Museum - your talk and
the museum were definitely at the top of our most fun events of the
trip......now that's saying something considering the many fine evenings
spent at various pubs along our trail and the new friends made.

You'll be happy to know that, collectively, we did spend a considerable
amount of money at the Triumph Show on Sunday......I'm certain that you'll
hear stories of some crazy blokes dis-assembling OD transmissions in the
parking lot in the rain with gale winds blowing - that would be us! We only
left a few small oil spots on the black top which we felt would be only too
correct for the show since there probably would have been a Triumph parked
there anyway:)

We all arrived home safely without incident despite a few funny moments a
Heathow check-in explaining that our heavy bags were really filled with car
parts!

Thanks again to you and all the folks at BMIHT.....hope to see you next year.
