i have in the past done the following which worked on numerous occasions to
pass emissions.
1. buy full synthetic oil like mobil 1 and change the oil and filter. if
there is oil getting in the cylinders, this stuff burns much cleaner than
regular oil. 2. buy a can of 'guaranteed to pass emissions' and put it in the
fuel tank. drive the whole tank. this stuff works. hopefully you can get it
where you live. here they sell it at all discount auto parts stores. when
the gas tank is down, take it in for emissions. bet it passes. larry@ehc.org
