Talk about a leadfoot! There must be some kind of award for pressing the gas
that hard. Do you own shares in a gas company? ;^)

Subject: crack in firewall
Has anyone ever experienced a crack in the firewall sheet metal? Mine
is a vertical crack about 4 inches long, just to the right of the brake
pedal and directly behind the gas pedal. It seems to start just below
where the battery shelf and firewall meet at a corner. This may just be
a straightforward weld, but I wondered how others dealt with this.
