Engine flushing is not a good idea, it washes the rings, walls and all moving
components clean of their coated surfaces, the oil when changed at regular
intervals does not build up sludge, it does not build up debris, check out
diesel locomotive oil changes, they do it about every 20,000 hours, they
change the filter on a regular basis, same with aircraft engines. I just
pulled my "3" engine apart after 9 years & 100,000 miles and it was just like
brand new inside, no sludge, or anything else, this is regular oil & filter
changes that keep it this way, "Jiffy-Lube" has just added another profit door
for unsuspecting consumers, the next profit door will be paint sealant. "FT"
