About 20/25 years back "Wynns Oil Co." in the US advertised a lifetime
warranty on your engine if you used their additives & oil with every oil
change,  and used their gas additives also, the mechanics at dealerships got
.25 for every "Wynns" pull top tab opener they turned in to the Wynns sales
rep, never heard of any claims but the record keeping by the consumer was
very big, a very large sales promotion by them to say the least, but it was
advertised as a lifetime Wynns warranty on your engine.  "FT"
