Paul, I don't know if this is helpful or not ... but they make a type of
silicone sealer for electrical circuits that is thin enough to pass through
a hypodermic needle. It sets up the same as the thicker stuff, but of
course will run out if the area is not confined. Might be a lot easier to
get a hypo needle in there, rather than the usual sealer tube nozzle ...
