I believe it was a kit car, the kit was offered by Classic Roadsters in
Fargo ND. They still exist, but have changed hands several times, and I
don't believe the Duchess has been offered for over 15 years. I believe
there were (at least) two versions, one using a VW Beetle running gear, the
other a Chevette. The Chevette version was much more realistic.
