Your fractional symbols didn't make it through the list, as they are not
7-bit ASCII.  However, since 13 tpi NC is 1/2", I'm guessing that's what you
typed.  1/2-16 is BSF.

However, the threaded portion of the shaft on my pumps is much smaller
diameter, like maybe 5/16".

First of all, is the pulley seating all the way down against the front
bearing ?  Some comparative measurements should show this ... if not, then
fix the problem.

Otherwise, I'd suggest contacting Neal Revington and asking him.  My
inclination would be to cut the pulley to fit, but that's an awfully
expensive piece of kit, it should fit without modification !
