Yes.  But after 45 years, it's also possible they were changed at some
point.

eBay or any of the usual LBC used parts vendors.  It's possible there's a
new one laying on a shelf somewhere, but I wouldn't bet on it.

No, but if you have OD, you'll need to remove the handbrake boot.  You'll
probably want to replace it too.

I like to coat mine with colloidal graphite or MoS2
