The front muffler should come with integral pipes at both ends, if memory
serves the frontmost portion is about 16" long.

The headpipe is long enough to protrude from the back of the center of the
frame, where there was a combination clamp and hanger that mounted between
the "X" members of the frame.  It joins directly to the front muffler
(actually the short length of pipe that is an integral part of the front
muffler) at this point.

There should be only 3 exhaust pieces, not counting the chrome finisher at
the back or the manifold.
