OK, Sunday, beautiful day but mostly worked around the house. The odd
errand was run in the TR8.
Monday, Drove the TR8 to work. Sunny most of the day but we did get a rain
shower. No leaks noted.
Tuesday, Drove the TR8. A hail storm moved through the area but the worst
part missed us by about a mile. No damage sustained and only minor leak
noted
Wednesday, drove the TR6. Since I had just removed the aluminum trim strip
at the top of the windshield, cleaned off the old dum dum and replaced with
fresh and re-riveted, I was hoping that I had solved the rather prolific
leaks I had here. A fairly heavy rain put it to the test. Result: less
leaking than before but still some issues related with the seal at the
windshield to door glass interface and aonther unidentified source that may
be the antenna but I'm not sure.
Thursday: drove the Ford since I have to make a run and rain is predicted.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: We're off in the TR8 to Champaign, Illinois for
the British Car Festival. Showers are predicted for the whole weekend.

Dave
