Re: Gloves.... If anyone's a fan of American Chopper, there was an episode
where Rick was wearing gloves while using that "fairly safe" tool... the
drill press. Somehow the bit caught his glove and wrapped his hand and glove
around the bit before he could hit the off button. He couldn't get untangled
and it took Paul Jr, and Vinnie to get him unwrapped from the bit. Besides
destroying his glove, it took a big chunk out of his hand requiring a trip
to the ER and a bunch of stitches. Having said that, I do wear gloves when
using either my bench grinder or angle grinder/cut off tool.

Might be a good thing to forget.  Gloves have been known to be very
dangerous at times.
