Are you talking about P/N FA3058 ?  TRF has them listed ...

If you try to buy them at the hardware store, ask for a 1/4" J-nut.  According
to the Standard Hardware catalog, the nut is .990" long, and 5/8" (I think,
can't read it for sure) wide.
