There is no rotation force on a lug nut that should be anything close to th=
e frictional force of rim to lug.
So the idea of the threads AND nut spinning in one direction or the other s=
hould mean little if anything.
Now on wire wheels where rotational forces ARE acting directly against the =
'nut' to wheel interface, yes they are handed.=20
