If you are talking about the original style TR3 petcock, yes. I had a =
new one that leaked (Moss Motors=E2=80=99 response; =E2=80=9Cthey all =
do=E2=80=9D). Took it apart and polished the parts. Put it back together =
and it didn=E2=80=99t leak, still not leaking after a few years. I =
don=E2=80=99t remember what I used, may have just been polishing =
compound. I suppose 2500 grit sandpaper would also work.
