 Good point.=C2=A0 I have two myself and they're both blue.=C2=A0 But one c=
ures much like Form-a-Gasket #2 and the other remains viscous.=C2=A0 That i=
s the one I prefer for valve cover gaskets since they need to come off from=
 time to time to reset the valve lash.
For a timing cover just about anything will do.=C2=A0 It becomes more a que=
stion of how much clean-up is needed the next time the engine comes apart.

Now, the next question is - which one? From Hylomar's website, I see about
13 products that probably could be used for gasket making/sealing. Also,
other than mail order to someone like Grainger, where do you find their
products locally?
