vintage race car restoration shops

Can anyone recommend or name individuals or shops in North America that are
capable of performing top drawer restorations on vintage racing cars? I'm
talking about a 1950's vintage Italian built racer, ladder frame and alloy
body. Lots of "unobtainium" parts. Needs part or all of a body made.

The name Peter J. Denty is frequently heard in the U.K., do we have an
equvalent in North America? U.S. or Canada?
