had at VIR last weekend!
This year the Savannah races will feature the first annual "Vintage Open
National Championships". This event will highlight the period correct cars
competing in the feature races. Entries that pass an inspection for
compliance with period correct preparation will be eligible for the
championships. Winners will be crowned "Vintage National Champion". If you
have a fast car that is faithfully prepared to period correct standards,
come
to Savannah and see if you can claim a title! The championship classes will
be based on the traditional SCCA classes for production cars, sedans, sports
racers and formula cars.
Ladies and Gentleman, bragging rights will be on the line so come on
down
to Savannah and start your engines!
