[6pack] Side view mirrors

Greetings, List!

I am preparing to buy some new side view mirrors for my Six. I'd prefer the models that bolt-in from underneath to the surface mount screw-in version I presently have. The new ones are the classic bullet-shaped mirrors and they are available in either flat glass or convex. Has anyone used convex side mirrors? Are they OK or do they actually make the driving more difficult? Preferences, anyone?
