I don't think this went to the list

Well, despite the attitude displayed toward me and my comment/situation, I will
reply with out returning the favor.......................

The part car for $500 I got from a guy who manages one of the part stores in Madison. He should have known what he had.

I got another part car for $700 that was nearly complete as well; and it was a
69 2000 with fairly nice tear drop marker lights.

I turned down a low windscreen 1600 part car that was complete and in decent
shape. Seller wanted between $600 and $750--it was not a 67.5 btw. I turned it
down as I didn't have the room at the time and low windscreen cars are to small
for me so I don't want to get started with them as I will end up wanting to
restore one.

I have a lead on two more part cars, both complete, one 1600 and the other a
2000, both are high windscreen cars. Seller wants $1000 for them. I believe that
there are extras with this sale as well. I will pursue this as some of the
extras are NOS. Possibly delivered for gas $ only.

I know of another car for sale under $1000 that runs.

So, attitude asside, These prices seem to actually be more of the norm out here
in the sticks.

And I have NEVER complained about the prices the vendors want for what they
have. Well, maybe brake parts. ;-) lol
