Hi Greg. Good plan. i like the welcome plus fee-it seems straight 
forward. How are you going to judge how many extra packs to send to 
SC's. I am still wrestling with how to get the members of my club to 
participate in our sector for a fee. It will probably end upwith them 
starting in Ottawa in the middle of the sector and doing the next sector 
down the road (Montreal) . That would make the fee saleable-plus the 
plate of course. The central tour handout may or may not be useful for 
one or two sector drivers-particularly if they are members of clubs that 
are hosting the tour where they will get inundated with briefings on the 
details of their sector and perhaps the next one. Good job-three cheers 
for hard working volunteers.
