[Kcup] Laguna event planning

In order to control our event planning,  avoid too many captains and keep Cris from going crazy - I want to make sure that we understand who the captains are. I would like the kcup committee come to some resolution on this my understanding is that--- Mr. Smock is designated rep for entry status.  Mr. Belfer designated design and arts. Mr Frymark hotel, facilities?. Mr. Annis promotion and advert? Mr. Nilkas and myself all the bells and whistles, bling and the rest.   

I have spoken to kas....  He will be comped by us for three nights at local hotel.  I will take care of this.

Cris;  kas needs a golf cart for tuesday and wed.  Who can I contact to rent?
 
Mr. Nikas... There are lots of plans for this event as we discussed... Which ones can be diseminated to the fot site for publication?  I want to put something together this week.

Who of kcup committee wishes to be kcup/fot liaison to cris?  Don't all speak up at once..  If no takers - I nominate Mr. Frymark. If he doesn't accept I'll do it.
