[Shop-talk] led light swap out question

T12 ballasts are incompatible with T8 bulbs. Interchange them and you will
have problems in short order.

If your T8 bulbs are still good you may be able to wire in new ballasts,
but please give that job to an electrician! T8 ballasts aren't wired the
same way as T12s would be!
